Filled with lavender buds and Swedish grown natural flax seeds. Outer: 100% linen, inner 100% cotton.

Gently place the pillow over your eyes before meditation / relaxation or before bed for a better night's sleep. Or cool them in the freezer to help calm tension headaches.

You can also microwave the pillow for a few seconds and use it warm. Just make sure not to let the pillow get too hot. Do not wash the pillow.
