Reflexology is defined as the scientific healing art that is based on the principle of applying pressure to points on the feet, hands or ears to positively affect corresponding areas in the body. This 4000 year-old technique is safely used as a form of preventative maintenance for the body, restoring energy and healing trauma. The best part about reflexology is that your body does its own work – mind, body and soul to soles.
I have been practicing reflexology for almost 20 years and each day beleive more in the benifits of the practice. Together we will follow the maps on your feet to release any blocked roots on your journey. You may be very tired after this session – please allow yourself time to rest and restore.

NURTURING SLOW FLOW AND STILLNESS YOGA FOR ALL
Take time for you to nurture your body and quiet your mind in these gentle yoga classes designed for all levels. The classes involve a combination of slow movement and stillness, which allows you space and time to extend outward and go deeper inward.
Janaia has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and believes yoga has been key along her path of healing and growth. She is a mother, an author and a reflexologist – all gifts that she gained after losing a child in 2008 and learning to live again. Her yoga teaching journey began with Tantra Yoga Certification in 2018, stemming from her desire to offer gentle yoga classes, where all feel welcome to honour their own body and mind. Tantra Yoga involves weaving in various forms of asanas (poses), movement, stillness and breath to connect with one's inner energy.
Sheis also certified in Holy Yoga and recently completed Trauma-Informed, Brain Sensitive Yoga Training; both of which were carefully chosen to create class environments where her students can feel safe to transform, to take in and release, as they open up their energy centres (chakras) and let go of what is no longer needed.
Modifications and variations are always encouraged. All mats and props are provided. Honouring your body is most important. Come as you are.
