The Seven Seeds: Planting Seeds for Fulfillment One Day at a Time
The Seven Seeds is a year-long daily reading journey to a life of fulfillment.
Your life is like an ecosystem of well-being that includes the seven aspects: spiritual, emotional, environmental, occupational, intellectual, social and physical. The Seven Seeds, Planting Seeds for Fulfillment One Day at a Time, is a daily inspirational read that gently offers ideas to help you create your best life; seeds to be planted to bring prosperity to your entire ecosystem. Each week focuses on a word, for example LOVE, and each day takes that word and applies it to one aspect of wellness. Become your greatest self and live your best life, one day at a time with The Seven Seeds.

Sundays will focus on the spiritual aspect of wellness; Mondays on the emotional; Tuesdays on the environmental; Wednesdays on the occupational; Thursdays on the intellectual; Fridays on the social; and Saturdays on the physical. Every week throughout the year will examine a different theme from the perspective of these seven aspects of wellness.
As it is unreasonable to consider yourself a spiritual person, yet only practise spirituality on Sundays, or an avid environmentalist, yet only recycle on Tuesdays, each aspect of wellness will eventually be integrated into your everyday life.
Whether you become lost at sea or lost at home, you too are on a pilgrimage to find the safety and comforts that true home provides. I have written this book for myself and for you, my dear readers.
As an author, a passionate reader, and one whose love-language is words, I take seriously each word that I write. I know and respect the immense impact even one simple word can encompass. I understand that you will not agree with everything you read, but also know that words often hold the power to provoke one’s own inner dialogue through reflection, thought, prayer, and the desire to expand and grow. As you read each day, I encourage you to write or journal your own words of gratitude and express your own dreams and beliefs, as well as to write of love, joy, hope, peace, and even disappointments.
Let your journey begin.
In the beginning there was a word . . .
You will be the same person in five years as you are today, except for two things: the people you meet and the books you read.
